WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?

All artworks are produced as archival giclée prints on Master's Edition museum-quality paper.
The paper is 250 gsm (110 lb), off-white, uncoated, and features a matte non-reflective finish designed to preserve subtle detail and tonal depth.

WHY DO SOME PRINTS HAVE A WHITE BORDER?

Some artworks are intentionally designed with a white border as part of the print itself. It is a design element and is included within the listed print dimensions. The border is not a mat or passe-partout.

ARE THE PRINTS FRAMED?

Many artworks are available framed or unframed.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each print is produced to order and shipped from the production facility closest to the delivery destination whenever possible.
Production time is typically 1–5 business days. Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days depending on your location. EU orders typically arrive in 3–7 days, US and UK in 5–10 days. Exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

WHERE ARE THE PRINTS MADE?

Orders are produced and shipped through a network of professional fine art printing partners.
Whenever possible, each order is fulfilled from a production facility located close to the delivery destination.

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

ARE THE ARTWORKS ORIGINAL?

Silver Grain Print offers both original fine art photography and carefully curated archival works. Every artwork clearly identifies whether it is an original contemporary photograph or part of our Vintage Archive. Original photographers and archive sources are always credited.

HOW ARE ARCHIVAL PHOTOGRAPHS PREPARED?

Archival photographs are carefully selected from museums, libraries and public archive collections with public domain status or clearly established publication rights where applicable. Each image is thoughtfully restored by hand for contemporary fine art printing while preserving the natural grain, tonal character and atmosphere of the original photograph. Original photographers and archive sources are always credited.
