Made-to-order products

All artworks are printed especially for each order. As made-to-order goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer legislation.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please double-check your selected size before completing your purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
